I love holidays and I love giving gifts. Even still, I frequently find myself last minute shopping for gifts, and I’m really not a big fan of making a big deal out of Valentine’s Day. Tyler and I usually use it as a reminder that we’re about due for a kid-free date night, but we frequently go on days before or after the 14th. (Fight the NY crowd for a table somewhere? No thanks.) We also usually keep gifts at a goofier level just to mix it up.
My favorite last minute gifts are digital gift cards, because sometimes last minute usually meant I’m too busy to stop and get something in person–and as a bonus people don’t really know for sure if you were being last minute or just trying to give them the gift of everything they’ve ever wanted (that’s $30 or less).
So for today I decided to put together a few last minute gifts I think are great, just in case Tyler’s still searching… Because if we’re being honest, my last minute gift for Tyler is usually a resupply from The Art of Shaving, so I don’t need any extra ideas.
This is a little girly for my kids, but what an awesome idea to throw a cheesy Valentine’s Day party!
