I really enjoyed these pictures I found the other day by Matt Logue. They are based around the idea of Los Angeles with no traffic or people there. I have a small obsession with LA that started a couple years ago when I found a good reason to make monthly visits. Since that time, my reason has become void, leaving me to wish for the day when I can find some good excuse to return again. (The rest of the Empty L.A. series can be found on the artist’s site.)
And as excited I was to find these pictures, I was extra excited to find someone decided to do a time lapse based on the idea of the photos. Time lapse always puts me in a good mood for some reason; like a forced daydream I couldn’t find time for on my own.
Since I’m sure there are those of you, like me, who are wondering just how he did this – click here.
